Delete your MathGap data

Students and parents

The MathGap app stores your practice progress on your own phone. If you joined a tuition centre, a copy of that progress - under your roll number or first name, with no other personal details - is kept on this server for your teacher.

• To delete it: open the app → Settings → Centre → Leave centre. Your synced progress is removed from the server immediately; the app on your phone keeps working.
• No longer have the app? Email thangaraj4545@gmail.com with the centre's name and the roll number or name you joined with, and we will delete it within 7 days.
• To erase progress on the phone itself, use Start over on the home screen or uninstall the app.

Data deleted: your synced progress record. Data kept: nothing. Nightly backups age out within 14 days.

Teachers: delete a centre

This removes your centre account (name, email, join code) and every student's synced progress from MathGap's server, immediately and permanently. Nothing on students' own phones is touched. Backups age out within 14 days.
